The school car park is for use of the staff,visitors on official business only and parents who are given special dispensation by the Headteacher for personal reasons. Please could we ask that you DO NOT use the car park to collect and drop off children for school, breakfast club or any afterschool clubs.
In the past few weeks we have noticed an increased number of parents using the drive and car park, which have led to the following concerns:
• Children coming close to being knocked down as they run from parked cars into school.
• Access for emergency vehicles being blocked putting everybody in the building at risk
• Delivery vehicles being unable to gain access
• The car park becoming so congested, vehicles have collided.
Our priority is the safety of our children.
I would be grateful for your support and cooperation with this matter.
